Metalcashcard was developed in 2012 following the new laws which prohibited cash transactions at scrap metal yards. Our all-in-one identification and payment system provides a simple solution to the change in the law.
Metalcashcard works on any scale. We operate in large-scope, multi-site organisations such as Sims Metal Management, the leading metals and electronics recycling company in the world. Additionally, we work with many independently-run family businesses; being especially beneficial to those with a bustling door trade.
Following a one-time registration process, your customers will be able to receive their funds instantly via an e-money account*, rather than waiting multiple days for a bank transfer or cheque to clear.

* an e-money account is not the same as a bank account or a deposit account. It is not a savings vehicle, does not pay interest and is not protected by the FSCS.
